Dr. Ope Omodanisi founded Manywaters Group in 2007 as a property development company and grew into Agribusiness in 2009 building capacity in both industries. He was born and raised in Northern Nigeria – Kaduna State, where his mother introduced farming to him at a tender age. Out of his entrepreneurial drive for uplifting people, farming and engagement in research, the need for Farmboy.Ng became very obvious. He is the Lead partner responsible for strategic decision making In the company. He was one of the Nigerian Delegates to Brazil led by Prof. Jerry Gana during Umaru Musa Yar’Adua Presidency. He is passionate about climate smart technology and its role in uplifting communities, youth development and businesses in Africa. Ope has served with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from Babcock University with his Doctorial Thesis titled ” Smart Agripreneurship and Food Security In South-West Nigeria.” He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School Agribusiness Program, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He currently sits on the Board of leading tech start-ups in Canada, USA and Nigeria.

Ralph Ferreira is a highly experienced Rhodesian farmer who was the former General Manager for Banyana (Pty) Ltd. Mabule, Botswana. The Largest government of Botswana owned ranch. Beef Herd: Implemented 4 way breeding programme for 7000 breeding cow herd. He raised the calving percentage from 74% to 85% and Implemented emergency replacement bull program. He is also the former General Manager of Joubert and Son (Pty) Ltd. Inyati, Matabeleland Zimbabwe Controlled 70ha cropping programme of food irrigation specialised in crop production for export. He was also the Cropping Farm Manager Sigaro (Pty) Ltd. Harare, Mashonaland Zimbabwe Proprietor JL Kennedy Crops consisted of 1675ha dry land and 650ha overhead irrigation out of boreholes. Growing 23 various seed crops for National Tested Seeds (Pty) Ltd. These covered combinable crops as well as horticultural. He is a key asset to results for the consortium of Manwaters Group, Bara Group and PAAWA, meeting agricultural needs in sub-saharan Africa.

Gloria Oyesanya is the Business Development Manager of Farmboy.Ng. Prior to this, she had an 8 year working experience with the German Multinational Firm GFK Retail & Technology as the Assistant Finance Manager West Africa. She was responsible for the management of fixed assets, monthly retirements/reports for West African Countries. Gloria began her career in Standard Alliance Insurance Plc in 2008 and worked with the Finance and Investment Unit as the Investment Officer – Treasury & Investments. Gloria graduated from Babcock University with specialization in Information Resources Management; She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and has a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management. Her research work on Business Intelligence, Information Flow and Organizational Success in MTN Nigeria, is a well sort after work in academic.
In Nigeria today 75% of the farmers own smallholder farms and 75% of those farms are weeded by hand. 90% of the weeding is done by women and 70% of farm children are forced to leave school and work in the agricultural sector at the peak of weeding and harvest. TERMS OF SERVICE
Please note for sponsors that our Company runs 24hours everyday and 7days a week, therefore all Investment Agreements are signed to Investors within 48hours of Investment and pay out is done within 24hours on due date, irrespective of day of the week. In pursuant to our agreement, the Investor can choose the following options at the end of the investment cycle:
•Full withdrawal of sponsorship capital and interest.
•Withdrawal of interest only and reinvestment of sponsorship capital.
•Reinvestment of Sponsorship capital and interest.
In the event that the Investor after 3 months, requests to withdraw sum invested before the end of the investment cycle, we will still help to make sure the sum invested shall be paid in full to our sponsor investor without any interest within 7 days of request.
